My 2016 Chevy Silverado was one of the models made without CarPlay. I stopped in several times over a few months to figure out the cheapest and easiest way to get CarPlay added to my truck. I did a lot of digging online and spoke with Slade and Malachi several times. Slade reached out to some contacts of his asking if they knew of anything that might fix the problem without getting an entire new system. He reached back out to me to tell me about a product called ZZ2 that would add CarPlay, keep things OEM, and works with my backup camera. Malachi installed it and showed me how it works, it has made work and general driving so much nicer, previously I was using phone dash mounts, my phone would overheat pretty quickly, the mount would fall off randomly every few weeks, now I have wireless CarPlay that automatically connects to my phone, it was worth the money. With all the times I was in and out of the shop I got to know Slade and Malachi a bit and it shows that they care about providing high quality service to their customers.

I am more than impressed with the service. Not only was Malachi able to squeeze me in the next day, but he was VERY kind and professional! He was able to take an initial look at my car, explain what would need to be fixed and why, and was able to complete the service in a timely manner.

StitchHeadz car audio has given me first-class customer service and has stood behind their work after replacing two speakers in the front doors of my 2011 Lincoln Towncar.
